Her classical training is from the Culinary Institute of Virginia. She has also obtained her bachelor’s degree in Management from Coppin State University. Chef Cloud has worked for the renowned Walt Disney World Resort as well as the Rec Pier Chop House and B&O American Brasserie in Baltimore, MD. In 2015 Chef Cloud started Maddie’s Kitchen named after her lovely daughter, Madison. In 2018 she launched The Once Experience, a magical dining experience. 2019 Chef Cloud had the privilege of cooking for the DC Grammy listening party. She has studied under award winning chefs such as Andrew Carmellini and Michael Reidt. Chef Cloud has cooked for political figures Pete Buttigieg, Mary Washington, and Michelle Obama. Chef Cloud has several publications including Magnolia Rouge, Gay Weddings and Marriage Magazine, ElegantWedding.com, The Coordinated Bride Blog, and Black Gay Weddings.

I engaged Chef Cloud to cook breakfast across two consecutive days for a group of ten friends. She quickly gauged the style of event, and provided interesting options for both days. She arrived promptly with wonderful energy, and produced fabulous breakfasts on both days. Across the weekend, Chef Cloud's breakfasts where the standout meals. I can't rate Chef Cloud highly enough.

Chef Myeshia was very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. She delivered a menu that was delicious and inspired, and met the high hopes that I had for a birthday gift for my wife. We were impressed with both the quality of the meals, individual ingredients, and the wine pairings. Highly recommended!

Myeshia was wonderful! I wish I could give her 6 stars!! Her food was wonderful and the presentation was above restaurant quality. She created a dessert by request that everyone ate all of. Very easy to work with, and the kitchen was super clean when she left. I would definitely recommend her!

Myeshs was great! She made a meal for my husband’s birthday! We really enjoyed and my kitchen was immaculate when she was done. I highly recommend her!
