I am a self taught Chef from Detroit, looking to further enhance my skills with a professional culinary course. My passion for cooking and food goes as far back as 12 years. I started cooking and getting the understanding of safety, creativity, and the sense of time around the age of 8. Watching my mother cook, try new recipes, and how she plated food shone a light on a passion I never knew I had. Becoming a chef was always a dream I wanted to become true to genuinely share my love and passion for food with others
