My dishes are characterized by the freshest seasonal ingredients with lots of bright flavors and herbs. I cook anything from fresh tacos, fresh pasta, fresh bread, a Thai curry, elaborate desserts to a hearty boeuf bourguignon. I am very passionate and always happy to be in the kitchen.
