I am a professional chef of ten years. I started in the culinary school industry as a catering supervisor and resource manager. Soon after, I began doing food shows, as a sous chef, such as Taste of Cincinnati, Taste of St. Louis,etc. Working events around the Indianapolis area such as Zoobalation, Dig In, Taste of Indy, and Indy Wine Festival. Once my traveling ended as a sous chef, I began my work as a private chef, traveling for clients in different states, and cooking for families in their homes. Currently, looking to pick up private events in central Indiana. In addition to private events, I am a culinary director, operating a full service kitchen. Rather a fun demo class with friends, a special event, a wine pairing dinner, I am here to give a personal experience.
