I'm very passionate about cooking with exquisite attention to detail and unique flavor profiles.
I am a self taught cook inspired by European and international cuisine I grew up with. I have been a pastry chef for the past 6 + years, working in bakeries to production companies, and I also run a small made-to-order pie company specializing in savory and sweet pies. I love menu and recipe development creating unique flavor profiles. I have a BFA, so being a visual artist, I believe plating a beautiful presentation is a must. Your dining experience promises a sensation for all the senses.
