As a co-founder of several restaurants in Abu Dhabi, I am passionate about authentic flavors, innovative cooking techniques, and top-tier hospitality.

Previously, I served as the Executive Head Chef for the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, where I managed large-scale catering operations, overseeing 10 kitchens and leading a team of 132 chefs. My expertise spans menu development, staff training, and high-volume event catering, serving up to 5,000 guests.
