I am a professional chef with 8+ years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry. I started my career attending the renowned Swiss hospitality school Les Roches; after completing the program, the school hired me as a Sous Chef leading their Top Restaurant Program. Managing the restaurant and teaching students simultaneously allowed me to learn more about the industry!
