Cooking is my passion and I enjoy the process from start to finish. From exploring local Farmer's Markets to highlighting the ingredients, I delight!
I am a professional chef with 28 years of experience. I was a culinary instructor at Sur La Table and also have experience being a chef at residential estates across the country. My background is also in healthcare and I combine my holistic knowledge to prepare healthy and delicious meals. My mom is a herbalist with a local tea cottage, and so I also have access to rare teas that are difficult to find in the United States. I make special tea infusions with ingredients such as sutherlandia frutescens, elderberry, soursop leaves, meadow honey from Australia, etc. I also import chocolate bases from various parts of Europe and make delicious and multilayered desserts and truffles.
