I love cooking and discovering and experimenting with new flavors from different cultures.

I love to experiment and create custom dishes with an emphasis on nutrition. I cook and eat meat but have a passion for making vegetables delicious! I also love to teach people how to cook! Like the wise Chef Gusteau of ratatouille always says “Anyone can cook”! It just takes the right teacher with the right attitude.

I got my culinary education at the Culinary Institute of America Greystone in Saint Helena Napa Valley.
