Chef Miles was great from the beginning. He was very fast in responding to my initial inquiry and was super flexible with what we wanted. He arrived right on time and quickly got to work. He was very engaging explaining how he was making all the dishes, sharing some secrets on making them taste their best. His signature cauliflower appetizer was an incredible start to an incredible meal that included crab cakes, locally-sourced greens salad, strip steak, linguini with clam sauce, and seared swordfish. I had asked him about a birthday cake for my wife, and he brought in the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten! A lot of laughs and full stomachs made for an unforgettable night, and a great surprise for my wife. On a five-star scale, Chef Miles gets seven stars!! If you like amazing food and a fun guy, Chef Miles is your choice.

Miles was incredible and I would highly, highly recommend him to anyone! He was part of a celebration event for the 50th wedding anniversary of my parents and the dinner was just perfect and well beyond any expectations. Leading up to the event, he was incredibly responsive and flexible which made the planning very easy and seamless. On the night of the event he was professional and engaging (also with 7 kids we have in our extended family!) and all of the food was both picture perfect and delicious. Thank you so much Miles for helping to make this an unforgettable experience!

Chef Miles was so awesome! He was super nice and was very prompt with his arrival. He was also very communicative beforehand and touched based with me prior to get ideas for what I was looking for. The food was amazing, and the presentation was really, really nice. He even wrapped up our left over food and stored it for us, which was so sweet and attentive. Clean up was spotless also. Would highly recommend him and I would use him again.

Chef Miles prepared an amazing family style dinner for our group of four, which quickly became the highlight of our vacation to Savannah. The food was fabulous and perfectly suited to our preferences, and the entire experience - from cocktails to cleanup - was such a treat.
