Chef Mike Westgreen is a Southern CA native culinary Angeleno artist. His spark for creative international cooking was inspired by his interest in various cultures nourished by his own Mediterranean upbringing in the sprawling ethnic metropolitan mecca known as Los Angeles. Chef Westgreen fuses together Eastern & Western recipes passed on through generations to create his own modern 'Inter-Fusion' dishes.
