Private Chef Mike Mike

Mike was born in the snowy mountains of Alberta, Canada and raised by his immigrant, Italian parents. His deep love affair with the kitchen began at a young age while he was heavily involved working in his family’s Italian restaurant and bakery. Mike was instilled with the importance of good work ethic from childhood and by the age of 10, began being utilized as the kitchen porter for peeling, chopping, and picking, along with honing his knife skills until the age of 16.
