I’m Chef Mike, a Michelin Star-trained chef and recipe developer from Canada with over 25 years of culinary passion. My journey began in my family’s Italian restaurant and bakery, igniting a love for food that led me to earn my Journeyman Red Seal Certificate with high honors.
I sharpened my skills in Europe at Chez Nico as Sous Chef and learned from the legendary Marco Pierre White at The Oak Room, contributing to its prestigious Three-Michelin Star status. Back in Canada, I proudly owned award-winning restaurants like La Tavola, recognized as Air Canada’s Enroute Best New Restaurant, and Q Haute Cuisine, a Top 10 pick by Avenue Magazine and an inductee in the Chaîne de Rôtisseurs.
For the past decade, I’ve explored the exciting world of vegan and vegetarian cuisine. Collaborating with a leading vegan company in Los Angeles, I crafted innovative plant-based recipes and helped develop a global culinary academy. Now, as a private chef and consultant for ultra-high-net-worth families across the globe, I bring my dedication to culinary excellence and creativity to every unique project.
