I love sharing a good plate of food with people

I am French Chef who is trained in classic French cuisine, French pastry, and plant-based cuisine. I owned a successful plant –based restaurant and traveled around the world to educate, coach, and teach in classrooms, churches, restaurants, hospitals, and schools. I also taught many chefs in the art of plant-based cuisine. In my travels around the world I had the opportunity to learn diverse cuisines that are full of charms, depth, flavor, and history.
