I ran a neighborhood cafe for 20 years in Philadelphia that offered upscale comfort cuisine along with on-site and off-site custom catering. I am now in North-eastern Florida hoping to share my favorite dishes and creative flair in this very personal private capacity. My specialties include brunch, comfort food with a twist, multi-course small plate parties, and accessible food arrangements. I love creating new menus around different themes.
