I have over 15 years of professional cooking experience, with a diversified culinary degree from the Art Institute Of California - San Francisco. I have cooked in the fine dining industry, specializing in French and Northern European techniques. I am very passionate about passing on my knowledge, and I am able to communicate my skills in a manner for the beginner chef, as well as individuals that have been cooking for years.
