I am passionate about every aspect of food, from the cultural connections to growing it, food is my life.
I am a professional chef with over four decades of experience. I have cooked in 8 different countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mexico, Italy, France, the UK, and the Bahamas. I have cooked for four former US presidents and one Mexican president. I have been featured on CNN, CBS, and various Food Network shows. I hold my Masters Degree in Sustainable Food systems, I am an avid gardener and composter who owns chickens.
