Creative and innovative chef.

I'm a professional chef with 25 years of experience. I have my degree in culinary arts.

I'm trained in the French classic escoffier cuisine.

Over the years I worked my way up to executive chef by working in different Michelin star restaurants, being a chef at Cirque du soleil while they were touring Europe and having my own catering business in Belgium,

Two years ago I moved to the United States to open my own restaurant, Sallie's Bistro in Dunedin.

It has been a huge succes ever since!

I'm expanding my services by adding private chef and catering to my portfolio.

I can cater, cook on site or I also have our beautiful restaurant at your disposal for any of your future events.
