Michael Sherman has been involved in the culinary world since 1991, when he began working at March restaurant with the renowned chef Wayne Nish. His journey has taken him to some of the most esteemed kitchens in the world, where he has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the most renowned chefs in the world, such as Mauro Colagreco, Joan Roca, Massimo Bottura, Francis Mallman, Gray Kunz, David Bouley, Charlie Palmer, Andrew Carmellini, Floyd Cardoz, and Fabrizzio Salerni. In addition to his work as a private chef for wealthy and famous clients, Michael has also been sought out to provide consulting services on a global scale. He has built a successful career through his hard work, dedication, and passion for cooking.
