Chef Michael graduated with a degree in Associate’s in applied science in culinary arts from Horry-Georgetown Technical College at the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach.

Michael started his exciting culinary journey at the ICI of Myrtle Beach in January of 2021. Since embarking on his journey as a professional chef. He decided to join the Take A Chef company to share his love for food to others, and by using his cooking techniques, styles and skills he will bring you the best fine dining experience right from the comfort of your home. Chef Michael was phenomenal! He brought along Chef Angela to help him with preparation, and they were both engaging, fast, informative, friendly and I couldn't be happier with our event. I did not get the menu in advance - but here's the thing... I didn't want it! It was a surprise menu to me, as well as all my guests. So, I gave him a little guidance, and he did a perfect "graze-able" spread to celebrate a dear friend's 50th birthday. Highly recommend!!
