I am a very young 50 year old who has cooked since the age of 15. Ten of these years were spent waiting tables. The last 15 have been spent in private estates and on private yachts. I also own and operate a small cafe (ChefMN Cafe) in Downtown Ft. Lauderdale for the last four years. I am also very skilled at making desserts, pastries, and breads.
