I love to create joy through food, and having worked for many exceptional chefs I am able to utilize many cuisines and techniques to make anyone happy
I have worked in foodservice for almost twenty years, with a strong focus in fine dining. I have experience in a wide plethora of various styles of food and types of services, and enjoy being able to easily accommodate virtually any request. My favorite food to cook is elegant southern comfort food, but also love French, Italian, Japanese, South American, and Vegan cuisine. While I love making food as elevated as possible, I also really enjoy a great sandwich. I aim to please, and believe that food is for everyone, I love bringing people together and love making memorable experiences through cooking.
