Trained chef with 4 years of experience. Currently working as a Sou chef in the industry, I am the owner and executive chef of Yellow Rose Catering out of Houston, TX. I spent most of my adult life in law enforcement so I'm still new to the culinary world compared to most. I enjoy good bbq and competing in cookoffs when I can.
