Chef Michael Girolamo

I am a professional cook who works in a fine dining Restaurant as my day job and causal cooking at home for my health and comfort food needs. I also do lots of meal preparations to ensure I am never hungry and a dinner, snack, or small meal isn’t far away. I have two degrees, my first being a bachelors I’m in culinary arts from New York. My second is a Masters I’m business to further my entrepreneur opportunities and utilize the economy and my skills to further myself personally and professionally. I have 3 good years of diverse food experience in fine dining, catering, nutrition, and quick service. I am comfortable meeting any new challenges to the best of my ability and doing any of the necessary preparations and research needed to accomplish the task at hand.
