I am an experienced Chef that was born and raised in south Georgia and decided I needed a change. I moved to Colorado a few years ago with my family to experience the fresh mountain air and 4 seasons that Colorado brings. I have a demonstrated knowledge of multiple cuisines and operations. I love pushing my food and experiences to the next level. I am always interested in seeing what adventure lies around the next corner. I studied abroad in Italy during culinary school and love the culture and cuisine that Europe has to offer.
