Watching people enjoy my food is why creating dishes, from appetizers to pastries, is my life’s passion.
I have been a chef for 10 years. As a veteran of the Army, I have cooked for various amounts of people which led me to catering. I also offer smaller, private dinners for guests looking for a more intimate setting. My cuisine styles are American and Southern with some Cajun influences. I am currently the owner and operator of Mikes Cheesecakes LLC and Simply Delicious LLC.
