I truly love creating memorable experiences through my passion for great food and authentic hospitality.
I am a professional chef with over 30 years of experience within all aspects of the hospitality world. I have had the great pleasure of cooking for presidents, governors, mayors, celebrities, entire professional sports teams and millions of guests. Food is a window into culture, history and the future. I am blessed that I can tell the stories of those that came before me and create my own stories through food. My passion is to share these stories with all that wish to taste history and new adventures through delicious food and salt of the earth hospitality.
