My name is Michael Cicconi, I am a highly experienced and well versed professional chef with over 18 years in the industry.
I have had the privilege and pleasure of working in some of the finest restaurants Arizona has to offer as well as alongside some of the most knowledgeable chefs in the field.
I currently reside in Flagstaff refining my craft and furthering my quest for culinary knowledge, techniques, and all things hospitality. Along with me is my wife who I’ve been happily married to for 5 years and our dog Karl, a Great Pyrenees.
