Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Michael Berryhill and have been a Chef for the past 30 years. I did my Culinary Apprenticeship at Walt Disney World in 1992 and got my Culinary Certification from The American Culinary Federation in 1994 as a C.W.C (certified working Chef).
I have had the Privilege of being the Executive Chef for the Capital Grille in Boston, San Francisco and Dallas Texas from 1996-1999. I then was fortunate enough of stumbling upon the Yachting community in which I have been employed for the past 24 amazing Years. I have had the opportunity to travel on Private and Charter Yachts to over 18 countries in that time as well as working in the homes of the Employers of these yachts as well. In 2022 I was managing an estate in Palm Beach as well.
I am very well versed in many cuisines as well as all dietary influences. I am meticulously clean, organized, can provision anywhere and am an avid listener. I understand that my best meal is the one the client wants. My ego went out the door a long time ago. Your favorite meal, is my ultimate goal.
