Creative and resourceful. Fully respecting the proteins and produce I use on a day to day basis. My love for food came from my grandma's inspirations.
I am a professional chef with 10 years experience. I started out working at the Ritz Carlton in San Juan, PR for 6 years and then transferred to the Ritz Carlton in Denver, CO for another 3 years. I want to showcase my skills of being a chef from food and wine pairings, creating my own menus and to farm to table cooking. My passion for food began at a young age when my grandmother influenced me to cook when she owned multiple restaurants in Northern Florida.
