I am a profession chef of over 10 years experience with a background largely in seasonal fine dining, but well adverse in many kinds of cuisines! I studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and have worked in some of the most well-regarded restaurants in the world, including Blue Hill in New York and Noma in Copenhagen. I look forward to working with you to make your daily meals or special events a wonderful reality.
