I love to bring creativity and thoughtfulness to every dish, using sustainablity and nourishment as the cornerstone.
I am a profession chef with over 10 years experience with a background largely in seasonal fine dining, but well adverse in many kinds of cuisines! I I enjoy curating unforgettable dining experiences from casual dinners, special celebrations, to family-style fun. I studied at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City and have worked in some of the most well-regarded restaurants in the world, including Michelin rated Blue Hill in New York and Noma in Copenhagen. I've relocated to the Boston area with my spouse, spent some time working at Asta in Back Bay and now look forward to making your imagined experience a wonderful reality.
