I am a professional chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Previously, I worked in various restaurants, especially the 3 Michelin Star Martin Berasategui restaurant and Table Restaurand by Antonio Bachour. I won the Michelin Bib Gourmand-Miami 2023 award at El Turco restaurant, where I was the last executive chef. In addition, I organised catering for guests ranging from 50 to 400 people in various events.
