I have 25 plus years experience. Ran a bakery/pizzeria/cafe for 19 years. Italian cuisine is my favorite because I am 100% Italian. But, I spent a lot of time working for fine dining chefs in the Bay Area of California. Focusing on vegetarian and local seasonal ingredients to highlight foods flavor. Spent a lot of time catering offsite when I had my restaurant as well. Very organized and professional
