I am a professional chef of 10 years, I began my journey at the age of 15 taking classes for baking and cake decorating. Once I graduated from high school I studied at the Art Institute of Santa Monica for baking and pastries in 2012.
My culinary journey has taken me to different places where I have gained skills and knowledge, continuing to learn from each place. My skills and knowledge vary such as cakes and cake decorating, baking, Sushi, American cuisine, Latin cuisine and more.
