Along with my 10+years in the restaurant industry and my culinary degree I've gained even more knowledge and experience with cooking. I'm passionate about my craft of cooking, from my lobster Mac and cheese, my version of what shrimp and grits should look like, or my desserts will surely leave you happy and completely satisfied.
