Born and raised in a huge Italian family in Upstate NY, I’ve been surrounded by fabulous cuisine my entire life! I grew up working in family delis and restaurants. I have 25+ years experience in fine dining, pastry chef work, catering, nutrition services and a vast portfolio of everything in between. I specialize in special dietary needs but can throw down on some Mac and cheese with pulled pork too!
