I am a private chef & caterer, I attended Culinary Arts School in Florence, Italy at Apicius Culinary Art Institute. I have been cooking professionally since 2008 & have had the pleasure to cook for many high-end clients & private events. I am very passionate about creating beautiful, nutritious & delicious food.
My role model in the kitchen is Cat Kora, without a doubt & had the opportunity to meet & cook with her a couple years ago!
For me, cooking is more than just eating food. It is the whole experience of creating a menu, picking out the food, starting to prep, cook, and plate the meal. Being able to see my family, friends and clients enjoy something I created and cooked out of love.
