Maxime was everything we wanted and expected in a private chef. He was polite and engaging while being very efficient in the preparation. Our meal was thought out, well timed and absolutely delicious. Maxime was a pleasure to deal with and we would be thrilled to have him again!

Punctual, great conversation, great food! Maxime made some delicious and delicate plates. He's very friendly, walked me through how he made some of the dishes and even told me what ingredients really make the dishes pop! He's specializing in French cuisine so everything is made with butter and cream. He even made some edits to his dishes to accommodate to our preferences/dietary needs. Would recommend!

This is our first time using private chef, and Chef Maxime made it an unforgettable experience for us! We not only had a wonderful meal, but made a friend too! The personal experience sharing, the stories behind the dishes, and the introduction of French culinary culture -- we truly enjoyed the private and close interactions with the chef throughout the dinner. This isn't something one can get from a Michelin star restaurant. I would highly recommend private chef dining and of course Chef Maxime to people who would otherwise choose to dine at high-end restaurants.

Maxime helped put together a great birthday experience. He was extremely responsive pre-event and has a strong knowledge of wines with some great suggestions. Food was delicious and the St Honore cake was a highlight. He left the kitchen spotless. Would be a pleasure to work with him again.

Chef Maxime was so amazing. He communicated his ETA even when traffic change. He was there in great timing to provide a great surprise for my wife’s birthday. He was professional polite and attentive. The food was PHENOMENAL! This was our first experience with a private chef and it was beyond what we expected. He really made this such a great experience!
