I am a professional chef and food scientist with over 9 years experience in the restaurant business. I studied at Johnson and Wales college of food innovation and technology, obtaining a degree in Culinary Science and Product Development. I have experience ranging from all aspects of the food world. Starting in fine dining, country clubs, I worked in my family’s BBQ catering company for years since I was young. I was an executive sous chef at a fine dining Italian restaurant, as well as a brewhouse for over 5 years. Most of my culinary drive and passion can be rooted in bold international cuisine. I enjoy the flavors of Latin America, Asia, and Italy the most as they reflect through the dishes that I prepare.
