I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience in varied settings and cuisines who is passionate about making food that others enjoy. Starting as a teenager in a sandwich shop I got my first taste of what would eventually drive my career- the " love at first bite" look of comfort and relief on customers' faces when they took a bite of a sandwich I'd made them. I moved to Austin, TX, and pursued my passion for food and feeding others in varying restaurant settings working my way up from line cook to executive chef. I have since relocated to Virginia and I am looking to share my passion for cooking food with people who love eating food.
