I am a professional cook who has been in the business for 10 years. I have held nearly every job at a variety of establishments. From diner, to fine dining; dishwashing to purchasing. My current position is grill cook at Monteverde in West Loop, Chicago. I’m now looking for a more intimate culinary experience, and to help break down boundaries between professional and home cooking.
