I am a very easy going guy who enjoys cooking, music, writing, and I am currently studying Psychology at Texas A&M University. I will be done by July.
I have been a private chef for a year now and I have loved cooking since I was 10. I have really defined my craft in the last year. I love cooking Asian, Italian, Mexican, Southern, and classic American food. I have always looked at food as a way to express oneself and I understand that it takes time to fully trust your ability within the kitchen as well as listening to the people I cook for.
