I was fortunate to know my calling at a young age. I learned to appreciate the hard work a kitchen crew does in my first few years working in restaurants. I haven’t really looked back since. I graduated and taught at culinary program. I’ve had the honor to have at worked at 3 different AAA five diamond resorts. I have cooked for 3 former presidents. I wanted to take a deeper dive in my culinary journey and chose to start professionally competing. Did well ending with 5 gold medals. 1 silver and a national championship trophy all over the span of 3 years. Yea….I like to cook.
