With 24 years of culinary experience, chef matt has found a calling in food. Raised in the Midwest and traveling throughout the country and abroad has allowed him to soak up many styles of food culture. Expect local & seasonal ingredients and a fantastic experience over all. Although theres no cuisine chef matt cant perfect, be sure to look at his love of italian/Mediterranean specialties and his beautiful hand made pastas. Willing to create and perfect any menu that will fit your needs
