I am a professional chef with 15+ years in the industry. Most recently I have been working as an Executive Chef in NYC. I have had the privilege to work around the world including London, Spain, and South Africa. My passion lies in traditional cuisines and techniques and the ability to take simple, fresh ingredients and elevate them to a 5 star meal.
