I am a professional chef with 15 years of experience. I studied at eastern suffolk boces culinary program and have worked in many different restaurants throughout my journey. Specializing in steaks, seafood, and comfort food, but also well versed in asian, Italian, and spanish cultural dishes. Able to create custom desserts and appetizers upon request.
