Greetings, I am a life long chef that is very creative, detail oriented, focused, professional and personable.
I am a life long career chef with all experiences from coast to coast in the US to international fine dining in the UK.
I grew up in competitive kitchens and knew from the beginning that the culinary arts would become a life long passion for me.
I have a base training foundation stemming from classical French, Michelin star restaurants and many different types of cuisines. I excel at menu planning, plate design and creativity.
I have many years in luxury environments interacting with guests and working together to plan private events.
