Matt and Julie are a married couple with over 40 years of combined chef experience between us. Matt Allen is British and has 22 years of chef experience in the UK and Europe. He was a Head chef and kitchen manager also. Julie M. Hale is American and has 20 years of chef experience and was classically trained at L'Ćole Culinaire culinary school. She has also been a private chef for many clients in the Saint Louis area.
