I am a third generation chef.
I attended culinary school in chicago (graduating in the top of my class)
Which led me to be recruited and
trained by various food network stars where i gained an interest for diets and world adventures leading me to
vegan gastronomy culinary academy in spain.
With experience in fine dining, Catering, Teaching demonstrations , Personal private chef or supper club parties .
. . But it all began in restaurants .
I enjoy learning about my guest and providing to their taste, while implementing my fine training and knowledge I've acquired.
