Passionate French chef with experience from Michelin-starred restaurants to "Nikki Beach," now crafting unique dishes at Daniel in NYC.
I am a chef who began my training at the age of 14 in a hotel boarding school. After three years and graduating with honors, I continued my education for two more years in culinary arts in the south of France. I then completed a year-long apprenticeship with a chocolatier-pastry chef with over 40 years of experience.
After finishing my studies, I gained experience in various styles of restaurants to broaden my culinary knowledge. I worked in a Michelin-starred French restaurant, a vegetarian restaurant, and then moved on to the renowned "Nikki Beach" restaurant in the Caribbean.
Following that, I furthered my career in Toronto and St-Tropez. Today, I am in New York, working at the two-star restaurant Daniel, ready to offer refined and unique culinary experiences.
