I am a chef in Croatia who has worked in central Croatia, Zagreb and Dubrovnik. I grew up in a small village but have worked in some of the best restaurants in Zagreb. I have many years of experience and I really love what I do. I enjoy learning something new with each experience I am offered. I like to take each receipe and put my own twist on it. I enjoy new challenges and learning from chefs who have different experiences than I do. My favorite foods to prepare are those from Croatia, and Italy, while I especially like to work with meat and fish.
